How do we do it?
We remove all added sugars and refined grains. No artificial sweeteners here - we’ve created a proprietary blend of stevia, monk fruit, and erythritol. Instead of grains, we use almond, hazelnut, and coconut flours.
Stevia extract comes from a plant native to South America and has been used there as a sweetener for over 1,500 years. Stevia extract contains various antioxidants and has zero calories and zero glycemic impact.
Monk Fruit Extract
Monk fruit extract comes from a fruit native to southern China and northern Thailand. Its usage dates to 13th-century Buddhist monks. Monk fruit extract is high in antioxidants and contains zero calories and has zero glycemic impact.
Erythritol is found naturally in some fruits, mushrooms, and fermented foods, or it’s created from the fermentation of non-GMO corn. Erythritol acts similarly to fiber in the digestive process and has zero glycemic impact.
