A delightful RAIZE summer treat!
- 6 RAIZE cookies (any flavor of your choice)
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup milk (any type you prefer)
- Popsicle molds or small paper cups
- Popsicle sticks
1. Start by placing the RAIZE cookies in a food processor or blender. Pulse them a few times until they are crumbled into small pieces. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, soften the vanilla ice cream by leaving it at room temperature for a few minutes. You want it to be soft enough to mix easily.
3. In a blender, combine the softened vanilla ice cream, milk, and half of the crumbled RAIZE cookies. Blend until well combined and smooth.
4. Take the remaining crumbled RAIZE cookies and distribute them evenly among the popsicle molds or small paper cups.
5. Pour the ice cream mixture over the crumbled cookies in the molds, leaving a little bit of space at the top for expansion.
6. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold or cup, making sure they are secure.
7. Place the molds or cups in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely firm.
8. Once the frozen cookie pops are ready, remove them from the molds or cups. If using paper cups, you can tear away the paper.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious frozen cookie pops made with RAIZE cookies!
