S'mores are a summer staple. Sadly, between the marshmallow, the graham crackers, and the Hershey's milk chocolate, they're not exactly a low-carb-friendly snack. So, we decided to make s'mores with our low-carb cookies! As for how to make it, that's easy enough! We like to use our Two Chip Cookies, but you can pick whichever flavor is your favorite!
4 easy steps:
1. Get your RAIZE cookies (they must be cold, so refrigerate ahead of time) - we recommend using our Two Chip Cookie!
2. Toast a sugar free marshmallow over a fire (stove works great!)
3. Assemble the two cookies, toasted marshmallow, and sugar free chocolate of your choice!
