Healthy Cookie-Based Cupcakes!
The best way to eat a cupcake is with a cookie on the bottom, no question. Try out this recipe with our Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies and find out how delicious they are!
Ingredients:
Cupcake Batter
Keto Cake Mix
3 eggs
3 tbsp melted butter
½ cup water
Frosting
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups powdered sweetener of choice
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
Cookie Base
1 box Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies

Instructions:
- Line a cupcake pan with 12 cupcake liners.
- Crush the Two Chip cookies, reserve some crumbs for topping, and press the crumbs into the liners to form a base.
- Whisk together the cupcake batter ingredients, and fill the cupcake liners evenly with the batter.
- Bake according to the cake mix instructions, and cool to room temperature.
- Cream the frosting ingredients together until light and fluffy.
- Pipe the frosting on top of the cooled cupcakes.
- Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs on top.
- Enjoy!
